The Connections Job Development Program is governed by a Board of Directors, elected from the community, who, with the Executive Director, guide the development of the Connections program. Our Board of Directors also work to ensure that our goals are met. 

Our distinguished board members are leaders and professionals who bring years of various business and academic experience to the Connections program. The Board of Directors are dedicated to ensuring that the Connections Job Development Program remains responsive to the needs of unemployed individuals by providing them with FREE and timely access to our Employability Skills Training Program.

Jason Corey, Board President


Jason Corey is the Board President of the Connections Job Development Program. 

Mr. Corey also manages Red Hat's App Development Platforms business for the U.S. Public Sector. Mr. Corey has over 15 years of experience in the technology sector where he has held various sales and management positions at Fortune 500 companies including Red Hat, Dell, and Sprint Nextel. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida and a Masters in Business Administration.

Jason resides in Trinity, Florida, with his wife Tiffany and their three children.

Jason Zandecki, Esquire, Board Member, Treasurer


Jason Zandecki is the Treasurer at the Connections Job Development Program's Board of Directors. Jason is the founder of Zandecki Law Firm, P.A. 

The Firm was created to  assist individuals and business clients in effectively resolving their legal issues. 

Jason is an attorney admitted to practice in the State of Florida with a specific focus on Adoption Law, Guardianships, and General Civil Litigation.   

Jennifer Watts, Board Member



 Meet Connections Board Member, Watts. Her professional career includes working as a Case Manager for the Coalition for the Homeless of Pasco County. With her years of experience and dedication to helping others, she provides powerful, unique, and caring perspectives at the Connections Job Development Program. 



Raine Johns, Esquire; Board Member

Board Member, Raine Johns, Esquire, brings 20 years of award-winning professional legal experience, dedication, and compassion to guide and support the Connections Job Development Program. 

Raine Johns is an attorney admitted to practice in the State of Florida with a specific focus on Estate Planning, Elder  Law, Mental Health, & Veterans Benefits. Her offices are located in New Port Richey and Land O' Lakes, FL.

Joan Foley, Founder & Lifetime Board Member


Since 1991, Sister Joan Foley is the Founder and Lifetime Board Member of the Connections Job Development Program.
